Description:
Senior Radio Frequency (RF)/Electronics Engineer to perform in the Lead Engineering Role on Test Set Development programs.
The candidate will be expected to lead a team of Engineers and Technicians through the development process as well as provide aid in the test station design and development. The test stations utilize Advanced Radars groups common test set architecture and takes the model-based systems engineering design approach along with using the Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process. There is also a repair component to the capabilities stand up. The Candidate will be expected to adhere to these processes and lead the Technical team in the development of repair processes and analyzing the extent to which repairs can be performed on these specific LRUs.
Understand the development of interface circuit boards, that include multi-layer printed circuit boards, deriving requirements from Technical Data Packages and from test set system requirements. Understand system interfaces and work with various engineers to develop system wiring diagrams. Provide system wiring updates and changes to systems engineers and review changes in Cameo systems modeler.
Skills Required:
-5 years Engineering experience
-RF testing and analysis experience
-Engineering and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leadership
-Understanding of electrical and digital circuit concepts and analysis
-Understanding of Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) Process
-Experience utilizing Keysight PNA-X series network analyzers or similar equipment.
-Strong Communication and conflict resolution skills required.
-Experience working in a Lab Environment
-Ability to design and develop automated RF test set architectures, produce engineering documentation, technical data, develop a test set verification plan
Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in Solid Edge, Matlab, CST Microwave Studio, Ansys HFSS, and Cameo Systems modeler
